Julie is experienced in the creation and implementation of BIM execution plans as well as delivery of fully-verified construction BIM models. Julie has worked alongside building users to establish their AM/FM needs, provide BIM advice and ensure main contractor adherence to the requirements. Julie's past work experience has provided her with excellent commercial awareness and she is an invaluable building services and BIM representative on any construction team.
Daniel is experienced in authoring construction Operating & Maintenance manuals, subcontractor QA documents, commissioning plans and AutoCAD 2D drawings. He is experienced in building services coordination and commissioning and is able to apply this knowledge in the BIM space with all stakeholders through his natural communication ability and professional attitude.
Vanessa has over 7 years of experience in engineering projects as a draftsperson, MEP designer and services coordinator. Vanessa specialises in producing accurate and comprehensive drawings that adhere to industry standards and project specifications. Her work has included multi-service tenancy design, BIM model management and clash detection and reporting.
Caleb has been working with Kinetic since graduating early in 2023. Caleb is proving to be a quick learner with a bright future and is currently completing Revit modelling under the guidance of our BIM manager. He is quickly learning all about BIM management and coordination as well as general modelling and actively inputs to the projects by creating clash detection tests and reviewing coordination items.
Meegan has been working in the NZ construction industry for over 14 years and brings a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of project completion documentation and general construction administration. Meegan is familiar with the logistics of a construction project and all parties involved, has excellent communication skills and incredible attention to detail.
Sophie has over 4 years of construction BIM experience and provides expertise with her strong background as a digital engineer in BIM management and BIM modelling. Her adaptability in both the BIM and Building Services fields make her a key attribute to the Kinetic Build team.
Maria brings over 10 years of architectural and structural design experience, paired with more than 6 years of Revit expertise across NZ projects. Highly process-driven and exceptionally detail-oriented, Maria plays a key role in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration, helping ensure our digital outputs align seamlessly with real-world delivery.
Reian brings a unique blend of technical modelling talent, building services curiosity, and creative problem-solving. Along with her developing engineering knowledge, Reian also has experience in content creation and marketing, offering a fresh and well-rounded lens to project delivery and teamwork.
